Adrian Court, Director, Hair Management

Talented Salon Director Adrian joined as a trainee and has loved hairdressing and Hair Management for almost 30 years. He cites the most significant influence on his career as "without question, my colleague and mentor Stephen Morley who trained under the legendary Vidal Sassoon."

Passionate about his craft, Adrian has had an extensive and fascinating career working across the UK and USA in both shoots and at shows alongside iconic hairdressers Philip Wilson and John Bertorelli. A Finalist in the highly prestigious L'Oreal Colour Trophy, he now divides his time between our two salons. His clients love him for his inspiring creativity and stunning technical expertise - whilst he adores colour work, cutting, he confesses, is his first love. His signature-look is cool, modern, pared-down. Ultra-polished. Super-glossy.

Adrian understands the relationship between a client and their hairdresser is special. He explains "Clients want to put their complete trust in their hairdresser and feel special for a few, precious hours. It's making clients the centre of attention, looking and feeling pampered and glamorous that I cherish most about hairdressing."

Approached by national hairdressing educators 3.6.5 to become a highly-respected lead lecturer Adrian is delighted to be able to give something back to the industry he loves. His role sees him educating salon owners throughout the UK.

Right now, Adrian's favourite celebrity hairstyle is Sarah Jessica Parker. She looks so natural, though with his instinct as a hairdresser he knows just how much has gone into making her hair look that good. It's a perfect look - 'very commercial but not too over dressed'.

And his favourite product? "Moroccanoil is without doubt the best hairdressing product in years. I've never come across a product that gives such instant performance in every way ─ shine, condition and protection. It's fantastic."
