Adrian joined the company as a trainee at the tender age of 16. He has been with the company ever since, progressing up through the ranks to the dizzy heights of Salon Director for both salons. He divides his time between Brook Street and Hair Management at the Club, attending to management issues, staff training and looking after clients.

Pauline has been with Hair Management for 15 years. She lists client care and service as her top priority but alongside the serious business in the salon, Pauline insists there should always be time for fun and laughter: "If clients don’t arrive with a smile on their faces, then they certainly leave with one." This she invariably manages to succeed, as any of the staff and her clients will testify.
