Hair Management are proud o be a safety-first salon, We have implemented a number of measures that go above and beyond Government recommendations to make you feel safe and relaxed when you visit the salon.

The salon may feel a little different - and we've had to make some changes - but the one thing we promise will remain the same: BEAUTIFUL HAIR THAT BRINGS OUT THE BEST IN YOU!

In keeping with the new normal we will have social distancing rules in place. 

Please arrive at the time of your appointment and wait outside the building until your stylist welcomes you in.

Only bring essential items into the salon, gym bags and shopping bags should be left in your car.

If you feel unwell at all, please DO NOT attend your appointment. Call us and we will happily re-schedule.

You will be required to wear a mask. If you do not wear a mask we cannot continue with your appointment due to the close proximity that our stylists work in.

At the end of your appointment your stylist will hand you over to a member of the reception team who will help with home care products, make your next appointments and take your bill.

 If you like to tip your stylist, please bring it in an envelope marked with the stylist's name and hand it to the receptionist.

It is with regret that we have had to temporarily withdraw the following services:  children's haircuts, £20 top-up colours, full head clipper cuts and fringe trims. 

We now have a very basic hot drinks menu, served in disposable cups. You can also help yourself o water in a cup.

All equipment will be sterilised and each chair and section disinfected thoroughly between guests.

Please attend your appointment alone, There is no waiting area and a limit to the number of guests.

We ask you to clean your hands with hand sanitiser on arrival. 

Your stylist will look after you throughout your visit, to minimise close contact. They will wear a new apron for each client.

Payment by credit or debit card only. 

If you have used home colour on your hair during the lockdown, we will post a skin test to you prior to your appointment. Please be honest about this - stylists will be unable to colour your hair (without a skin test) if it is clear that it has had non professional products on it.

Unfortunately, we can no longer let clients dry their own hair in the salon. If you normally have wet cut, please either book in for a cut and finish or leave the salon as soon as your stylist has finished cutting your hair.

We have removed magazines and pamper trays from the salon. But we didn't want you to miss out, so we have introduced digital magazines. Simply bring your phone and scan the code.

These necessary procedures go against our philosophy of providing a luxury experience. However, we must adhere to the rules to keep us all as safe as possible.

In time, we will return to offering the extra touches and benefits you have come to expect from Hair Management.
